Peach and Banana Smoothie
A kid favorite at our house, great for breakfast or a healthy snack. This peach and banana smoothie is naturally sweet but includes no added sugar. Yum! With just 7 ingredients this healthy smoothie is a great way to kick start your day. I love the combination of peach and cinnamon but cardamon is a delicious option too.
Why flaxseed and chia? These two little seeds are so nutritious (OMEGA-3, fiber, protein, calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants) we try to sneak flax and chia into as much as possible. Slurps up!
Peach and Banana Smoothie
A simple plant-based peach and banana smoothie with chia seed, flaxseed, and soy milk for extra protein and fiber. There is a hint of cinnamon to spice things up!
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 cup of soy milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
