Ingredients

  1. 3 quarts of fresh nasturtium leaves
  2. 1 garlic clove
  3. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  4. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  5. 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
  6. 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Wash the nasturtium leaves.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend on a low setting to keep some of the texture. This does not need to be smoothie smooth. Once evenly blended, it’s ready to enjoy!
