Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, roughly chopped
  • 1 red beet, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 inch chunk of fresh ginger, washed and peeled
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more water if it’s too thick. Enjoy!

Notes

You can make a large batch of this, and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It keeps well and tastes great the following day.
