Homemade Pizza Sauce

Just three ingredients in this super simple and delicious pizza sauce. So quick and simple there is no reason to buy the icky pre-made pizza sauce. Tomatoes, garlic, and oregano, that’s it. It tastes fresh and is the foundation for a delicious homemade pizza.

Ingredients

Scale
  • One 15 ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced using a garlic press
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh oregano, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Pour the tomato sauce into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Add the garlic and oregano to the bowl.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated, then it’s ready for pizza time!

Notes

Tomato sauce can last in the refrigerator for about 5 days or it lasts in the freezer for about 2 months.
